- Revenues between $1M – $20M annually
- 3+ years operating history and audited financials
- A history of stable, sustainable margins and free cash flow
We are sector and location agnostic, but to date we have made investments in companies in the following verticals: telecoms, digital media, e-commerce, property technology and nonalcoholic CBD beverages. Notwithstanding the tech focus of some of our investments, we love “boring” and “predictable” businesses.
